Treatments

Your first treatment will last for about 1 hour and will include a detailed health history. Subsequent treatments will last approximately 45 minutes.

Treatment takes place with you sitting in a semi-reclined position on a professional couch or chair. Your feet will then be examined before commencement of treatment which involves applying a specific pressure all over the foot reflex/points, increasing or decreasing according to findings. The treatment will conclude with a relaxing foot massage.

How many treatments will I need?

Normally 6 treatments are recommended but this will vary according to your own particular needs.

Does reflexology hurt?

No, not usually although some sensitivity may be experienced. However, after treatment, you may feel - very well, slightly off colour, need to pass urine, have a runny nose etc. These are quite normal and will soon pass.
